PD （Photodetecor)
The PD detector is internally packaged with high performance InGaAs/InP PIN photodiode.Based on its special optical design, the product has the advantages of high responsiveness, low dark current and high reliability.Due to its compact structure and small volume, it is easy to be integrated in high-density optical fiber communication systems.
