The Isolator/Tap Coupler/WDM Hybrid Combination is a high-performance, highly integrated optical device for optical communications, fibre lasers, optical sensing and test and measurement. Its core functions include optical signal isolation, splitting and multi-wavelength multiplexing with low insertion loss, high isolation and flexible splitting ratio.

    Basic Functions

 

Optical Isolator (Isolator):

Realise unidirectional transmission of optical signals and prevent reflected light from returning to the light source.

 

Tap Coupler:

Distribute the input optical signal to the main output port and monitoring port according to a certain ratio.

 

Wavelength Division Multiplexer (WDM):

Multiplexes (combines) and demultiplexes (separates) signals of multiple wavelengths.

 

 

Applications

 

Optical communication systems:

For signal isolation, monitoring and multi-wavelength transmission in fibre optic networks.

 

Fibre Lasers:

Protects lasers from reflected light interference while enabling multi-wavelength output.
